　　二、尼龙吊装绳使用注意事项

　　1.不要使用已经损坏的尼龙吊装绳;

　　2.在吊装时，不要打扭、绞吊装绳;

　　3.避免超负荷使用吊装绳;

　　4.避免震荡负载;

　　5.每次使用吊装绳前，必须检查。

　　三、尼龙吊装绳的报废

　　1.严禁在80℃以上环境中使用;

　　2.严紧用锋利工具钩钓;

　　3.严禁使用时将尼龙吊装绳在地上拖拉、摩擦

　　4.吊绳表面出现断丝，磨损面达到3%，应降级20%使用，磨损面达到6%，应予以报废;

　　5.吊绳出现伸长5%,应予以报废;

　　6.吊绳出现严重断丝、断股、打结，应予以报废;

　　7、严禁与酸、碱性溶液接触，若有接触应立即报废。
