1、钢卷吊具在运用过程中，如呈现旋锁滚动不灵敏或不到位，应查看调整调理螺母，再查看以下部位：

　　4、缓冲绷簧拉伸量是不是过小，若过小，则应缩短缓冲绷簧衔接的钢丝绳长度。

　　5、运用中应避免钢卷吊具指示板上的指示标识涂料掉落。一经发现，需及时补原指示标识的涂料。

　　6、关于钢卷吊具上的钢丝绳，应当令地清洁并涂以光滑油或光滑脂，特别是钢丝绳弯曲处。

6. Regarding the wire rope on the steel coil spreader, the ground should be cleaned and coated with smooth oil or grease, especially the bend of the wire rope.
